WASBE 2007 Exhibition Space

Dates and times of the WASBE 2007 Trade Exhibition taking place at the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney, are as follows:

    Tuesday 10th July      12:00 to 19:00
    Wednesday 11th July  10:00 to 19:00
    Thursday 12th July     10:00 to 19:00
    Friday 13th July         10:00 to 14:00

The exhibition will take place in the Mangerton Ballroom of the Gleneagle Hotel, adjacent to the INEC.

Exhibition Details:
 
A.   A 3 m x 3 m space (9 sqm) of  exhibition space, including one table and 2 chairs, is priced at €400 and each additional 9 sqm of space at €300. Electrical connections and additional furniture carry an extra fee and must be ordered from the Exhibition Contractor. Details on the Exhibition Contractor will be provided in the Exhibition Technical Manual which will be supplied to all exhibitors prior to the event.
 
B.  A shell scheme construction for exhibitor space (white panel walls, electrical connection, fascia nameboard and spot lighting) can be ordered, priced at  €50 per sqm.  Please complete this booking form and return it to the Conference Secretariat (Ovation) to book your exhibition space and shell scheme.
 
Each exhibition space booking includes the registration of two staff members as conference delegates. Additional personnel can register as delegates at www.wasbe2007.com.
