FRINGE FESTIVAL
The 2007 International WASBE Conference will feature a Fringe Festival of outdoor concerts during the week of the conference. This FESTIVAL can offer your band up to two one-hour performances subject to the following:
- Bands playing at the Conference Concerts and Repertoire Sessions may request to perform at up to two outdoor performances.
- Bands travelling to attend the conference may request to perform at up to two outdoor performances:
- Each performance at the Fringe Festival by a band travelling to attend the conference will entitle the members of this band to claim passes to one Conference Concert (afternoon or evening) to coincide with their stay in Killarney
Concert passes are for Band members use only and are non transferrable.
Bands of all standards may apply to perform at the Fringe Festival.

The Gardens at Muckross House, part of the Kerry National Park.

There are still some performance spaces available for your band to participate in the Finge Festival!
Marching Groups may opt to march instead of giving a seated performance.
Chairs will be provided for the bands. Programmes should aim to entertain wide audiences and last no more than one hour.
